4 tbs scotch whiskey
2 tbs runny honey
3/4 tbs lemon juice
5 cloves
100g caster sugar
300g soft unsalted butter
675g icing sugar, sifted
2 tbs runny honey
1-2 tbs lemon juice
3-4 tbs whiskey
