DIY Witch Hat Cupcakes are all the rave this year for Halloween and today I’m teaching you an easy Halloween dessert that will wow your friends and tastebuds! Ingredients: Cupcakes
1 ½ cups All Purpose Flour
2 cups Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
¾ cup Chocolate Chips
1 cup Buttermilk
1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste or Extract
3 Eggs
1 cup Vegetable Oil
½ cup Cocoa Powder
1 cup Hot Espresso or Coffee
*Can Substitute Espresso for Boiling water

Ingredients: Topping
Swiss Meringue Buttercream
Green & Purple Gel or oil Food Coloring
Oreos
Hershey’s Kisses
