{"id":10571,"date":"2015-02-27T03:46:09","date_gmt":"2015-02-27T03:46:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lovesharingfood.com\/pumpkin-coffee-cake-backpack-baking-from-cookies-cupcakes-and-cardio\/"},"modified":"2015-02-27T03:46:09","modified_gmt":"2015-02-27T03:46:09","slug":"pumpkin-coffee-cake-backpack-baking-from-cookies-cupcakes-and-cardio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lovesharingfood.com\/pumpkin-coffee-cake-backpack-baking-from-cookies-cupcakes-and-cardio\/","title":{"rendered":"Pumpkin Coffee Cake: Backpack Baking from Cookies Cupcakes and Cardio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[TopBan]<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/TiPleMjiX5k\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>[MidBan]<\/p>\n<p>Learn how to make pumpkin coffee cake, while we take you on a backpack baking adventure to the Cranbrook community forest located in British Columbia, Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Pumpkin Coffee Cake Recipe:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1\/4 cup unsalted butter, softened<br \/>\u2022 \u00be cup granulated sugar<br \/>\u2022 8 ounce pure pumpkin<br \/>\u2022 2 eggs<br \/>\u2022 1 1\/4 cup all purpose flour<br \/>\u2022 1\/4 teaspoon baking soda<br \/>\u2022 1 teaspoon baking powder<br \/>\u2022 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon<br \/>\u2022 1\/2 teaspoon ground ginger<br \/>\u2022 1\/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg<br \/>\u2022 1\/4 teaspoon ground cloves<br \/>\u2022 1\/4 teaspoon salt<\/p>\n<p>In a medium sized bowl, combine flour, soda, powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and salt.  In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.  Add eggs and pumpkin and mix until combined.  Add dry mixture to wet mixture 1\/4 at a time and mix until combined.  Place into a greased 8&quot; round cake pan and bake for 30-35 mins at 350F.<\/p>\n<p>More information on the Cranbrook community forest can be found here:
