 you need two of them)<\/p>\n<p>Cook Time &#8211;  50 minutes @175c \/ 350f<br \/>\n520g \/18oz Plain or Self Raising flour, sifted<br \/>\n450g \/ 16oz Caster sugar (USA &#8211; granulated)<br \/>\n500g \/ 17.5oz Butter, softened<br \/>\n220g \/ 7.5oz Whole milk<br \/>\n6 x 65g\/2.2oz Eggs, room temperature (ex-large)<br \/>\n80g \/ 3oz Vegetable oil<br \/>\n6 tsp Baking powder (DO NOT USE this if you&#8217;re using Self Raising Flour)<br \/>\n4tsp cinnamon, ground<br \/>\n2 tsp vanilla extract (or essence)<br \/>\nInstructions<\/p>\n<p>Place butter, sugar, vanilla, oil and eggs into a mixing bowl<br \/>\nBeat on high speed with an electric mixer (whisk or paddle attachment) until ingredients are well combined and appear light and fluffy (approx 1 -2 minutes)<br \/>\nCombine baking powder (if using) cinnamon and flour together and stir<br \/>\nAdd flour mixture and milk to creamed mixture<br \/>\nBeat on high speed until flour is completely mixed through (approx. 30 seconds &#8211; 1 minute)<br \/>\nThoroughly grease and partially line one 8&#8243; x 3.5&#8243; (approx) oven safe bowl before filling with the mixture to about 1&#8243; from the top<br \/>\nBake @ 175c\/350f for 50min &#8211;
