FULL RECIPE BELOW. <\/p>\n<p>Get the full recipe here: http:\/\/bit.ly\/1de4lV4<\/p>\n<p>Check out the full Hungry for the Holidays Playlist: http:\/\/bit.ly\/IM5Hx8<\/p>\n<p>MUSIC:<br \/>\n&#8220;We wish you a merry Christmas&#8221; by Jive Ass Sleepers<\/p>\n<p>Lamb Lollipop Chops<br \/>\nServes 8<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<br \/>\n4 small cloves garlic<br \/>\n1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves<br \/>\n1 teaspoon lemon zest<br \/>\n2 tablespoons olive oil for marinade, plus 2 tablespoons for cooking<br \/>\nKosher salt and freshly ground black pepper<br \/>\n8 lamb rib chops, frenched<\/p>\n<p>PROCESS:<br \/>\n-Remove the lamb from the fridge 1 hour before you plan to cook it.<br \/>\nTIP: bringing meat to room temperature allows for even cooking. If the meat is cold when you cook it, the outside will be overdone by the time the inside is cooked.<br \/>\n-Using a mortar and pestle, pound garlic with \u00be teaspoon salt.<br \/>\n-Add several grinds of pepper, rosemary, and lemon zest and 2 tablespoons olive oil.<br \/>\n-Rub this mixture on both sides of the lamb chops, place in a glass bowl and let marinate in fridge for several hours, or overnight.<br \/>\n-Heat a large cast-iron skillet or griddle over high heat for 2 minutes.<br \/>\n-Swirl in 2 tablespoons olive oil.<br \/>\n-Sear the lamb for 2 minutes on each side.
