The batter should not be very thick nor too thin.<br \/>\nKeep the ready batter aside.<br \/>\nHeat up some oil for deep frying the pakoras.<br \/>\nTake around 2 tbsp of the mashed potato mixture and apply it on the bread evenly.<br \/>\nCover this potato stuffed slice with another slice. Just slightly press the sandwich.<br \/>\nAnd slice the bread into triangle.<br \/>\nTake the sandwich in your hand and dip it in the besan batter.<br \/>\nCoat the stuffed bread sandwich evenly with the besan batter.<br \/>\nBy now, your oil is hot and you can easily slid the besan batter coated bread sandwich in the oil.<br \/>\nFry the bread pakoras on a medium flame till they are crisp and golden brown.<br \/>\nDrain on a tissue.<br \/>\nServe them hot or warm with tomato sauce or green chutney.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>[BotBan]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[TopBan] [MidBan] Learn how to make Bread Pakoda\/Bread Pakora – a favorite breakfast and tea time snack in India.
