(It will update with new videos each week!) <\/p>\n<p>BETH\u2019S GRILLED CINNAMON CHICKEN AND SWEET POTATO RECIPE<br \/>\nServes 6<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS<br \/>\n1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces. Skin on bone-in<br \/>\n1 tbsp (15 ml) cinnamon<br \/>\n1 tsp (5 ml) salt<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp (1.25 ml) freshly cracked pepper<br \/>\n1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil.<\/p>\n<p>SWEET POTATOES<br \/>\n8 small sweet potatoes<br \/>\n1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil<br \/>\nsalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>CUCUMBER SAUCE<br \/>\n1 cup (240 ml) plain yogurt<br \/>\n\u00bd cup (120 ml) English cucumber, shredded<br \/>\n\u00bd cup (120 ml) red onion, diced<br \/>\njuice of 1 lime<br \/>\n\u00bc (1.25 ml) tsp cumin<br \/>\n\u00bc cup (60 ml) cilantro<br \/>\nsalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>METHOD:<br \/>\nPrepare grill to medium high heat.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, combine cinnamon, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Rub chicken with cinnamon rub.  Brush chicken lightly on both sides with vegetable oil.<\/p>\n<p>Cut sweet potatoes into wedges lengthwise. Toss with oil oil, season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Place chicken on grill skin side down and grill for 5-7 mins on each side.  Place sweet potatoes on grill flesh side down for 5-7 mins each side.<\/p>\n<p>Once nice color forms on chicken and sweet potatoes turn grill down to medium to allow chicken to cook through, flipping occasionally. <\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile you can prepare the dipping sauce.<\/p>\n<p>In a small bowl add all the ingredients and stir to combine.  Transfer to a serving bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Place dipping sauce in the center of a large platter.  On one side arrange the chicken, on the other arrange the sweet potatoes.  Garnish potatoes with cilantro.
