Lazarus Lynch steps up the nacho game with a velvety cheesy sauce made with white cheddar, IPA and cream cheese. Melted cheese is already many a dreams realized &#8211; add beer to that and you have some serious #nomnom! <\/p>\n<p>Subscribe to Laz&#8217;s channel: http:\/\/taste.md\/1UH1z0L<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon canola oil<br \/>\n1 small green jalapenos, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish (optional)<br \/>\n2 tablespoons unsalted butter<br \/>\n3 tablespoons all-purpose flour<br \/>\n1 cup beer (ale or darker beer)<br \/>\n1 teaspoon dry mustard<br \/>\nDash of tabasco sauce<br \/>\n3 ounces plain cream cheese, softened<br \/>\n\u00bd cup milk<br \/>\n6 ounces white cheddar cheese, grated<br \/>\nKosher salt and freshly ground black pepper<br \/>\nNacho chips<\/p>\n<p>RECIPE<\/p>\n<p>Heat the canola oil in a medium sauce pot over medium heat. <\/p>\n<p>Add the jalape\u00f1os and garlic; cook until tender, stirring occasionally, about 4 minutes; make sure the garlic doesn\u2019t burn. <\/p>\n<p>Stir in the butter and melt. <\/p>\n<p>Add the flour and stir to incorporate into the oil and butter; cook for 2 minutes, stirring. <\/p>\n<p>Whisk in the beer and bring to a boil. Add the mustard and tabasco sauce and stir. <\/p>\n<p>Add the cream cheese and milk and stir until the cream cheese has melted. <\/p>\n<p>Stir in the cheddar cheese until it has melted and forms a smooth sauce. <\/p>\n<p>Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with nachos and fresh jalape\u00f1os. Cook with soul. Eat with pleasure!<br \/>\n___<\/p>\n<p>Follow us!
