You can also add peas in this recipe to have Mushroom Matar dish. <\/p>\n<p>For more tasty recipes, tips and product reviews please<br \/>\nSubscribe: http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/eateastindian<br \/>\nOur facebook page: http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/EatEastIndian<br \/>\nFollow us on twitter: https:\/\/twitter.com\/EatEastIndian<br \/>\nPinterest: http:\/\/pinterest.com\/eateastindian\/<br \/>\nInstagram: http:\/\/instagram.com\/eateastindian<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients\/ Method<\/p>\n<p>300 gms Mushrooms chopped<br \/>\n3-4 tomatoes<br \/>\n1 onion, 3-4 garlic cloves and small piece of chopped ginger<br \/>\nSalt per taste<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp red chilli pwd\/flakes<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp turmeric<br \/>\n1 tsp Coriander seeds &#8211; Crushed or coriander powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp cumin seeds<br \/>\n2 tbsp oil<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp garam masala<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves- Kasoori methi<br \/>\noptional- coriander leaves\/ cilantro for garnish<\/p>\n<p>Method:<\/p>\n<p>Make paste out of onions, ginger and garlic as well as tomatoes.<br \/>\nHeat Oil in a pan.<br \/>\nAdd crushed coriander seeds, cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 secs.<br \/>\nAdd onion paste, salt, turmeric and red chilli pwd and fry for 7-8 mins until onions reduce to a small amount of masala paste and turn 2 shades darker. You want to ensure that paste is no longer raw.<br \/>\nAdd tomatoes. Cook for 2-3 mins.<br \/>\nAdd mushrooms. Mix well.<br \/>\nAdd 1 cup water. Bring water to boil and let everything simmer for 3-4 mins.<br \/>\nAdd dried fenugreek leaves and garam masala and serve with roti or flatbread of your choice.<\/p>\n<p><a
