This cake is def. one of my favorites!! It bakes up so fluffy and moist thanks to the generous helping of buttermilk and bananas! <\/p>\n<p>**NOTE** The correct baking temperature is 275 F. In the video I said 325 F.<\/p>\n<p>I frost this cake with cream cheese frosting but you can go with chocolate as well. I just really love the tang of cream cheese frosting with the banana flavor and pecans!  It\u2019s amazing!!<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re looking for another way to use up black bananas beside banana bread, then you HAVE to give this cake a try! Don\u2019t even think about making this and having it sitting around though. You WILL eat the entire thing. Just &#8220;don\u2019t do it Miss Sophia\u201d.
