It is healthy, refined sugar free, oil free, gluten free, vegan, high protein, low fat&#8230; you get the point. <\/p>\n<p>RECIPES<br \/>\nChocolate Chip<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 can cooked chickpeas approx 16oz<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/3 cup buckwheat flour or flour of choice<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/3 cup pitted dates (soaked + drained)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract<br \/>\n&#8211; pinch of salt<br \/>\n&#8211; maple syrup (to taste)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/4 cup cacao nibs and\/or dairy free or dark chocolate chips<\/p>\n<p>Chocolate Chunk Brownie Batter<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 can cooked black beans (I used a 19oz can)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/3 cup pitted dates (soaked + drained)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract<br \/>\n&#8211; pinch of salt<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/4-1\/3 cup cacao powder or carob powder<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/3 cup buckwheat flour or flour of choice<br \/>\n&#8211; dark chocolate or dairy free chocolate chunks <\/p>\n<p>Snickerdoodle<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 can cooked white beans, roughly 16oz<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/3 cup buckwheat flour or flour of choice<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/3 cup pitted dates (soaked + drained)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract<br \/>\n&#8211; 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon, more to taste<br \/>\n&#8211; pinch of salt<br \/>\n(OPTIONAL)<br \/>\n&#8211; coconut sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; maple syrup<br \/>\n&#8211; cinnamon + coconut sugar to top <\/p>\n<p>Directions<br \/>\nIf you are using canned beans, be sure to rinse your beans well until all foam and bubbles disappear. Strain to dry before use.<br \/>\nBegin by adding your beans to a blender or food processor.<br \/>\nNext, add all ingredients except for your toppings.<br \/>\nBlend everything until beans are broken down and smooth, adding the water you soaked your dates in by the teaspoon if necessary, to ease it along.<br \/>\nAfter your mixture is smooth, you want to adjust the texture of your cookie dough, so add any additional buckwheat flour until you reach your desired texture. Additionally, test the sweetness and add more dates if you feel it is necessary, or add a bit of maple syrup. I find that with the snickerdoodle recipe, or using white beans, more sweetener helps because white beans do have a bit of a stronger taste to me!<br \/>\nThe dough should keep in the fridge for a
