{"id":32022,"date":"2017-10-17T03:22:20","date_gmt":"2017-10-17T02:22:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lovesharingfood.com\/pajeon-seafood-pancake-erwan-heussaff\/"},"modified":"2017-10-17T03:22:20","modified_gmt":"2017-10-17T02:22:20","slug":"pajeon-seafood-pancake-erwan-heussaff","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lovesharingfood.com\/pajeon-seafood-pancake-erwan-heussaff\/","title":{"rendered":"Pajeon Seafood Pancake | Erwan Heussaff"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[ad_1]<br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/BVTkblKBRtg\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\n[ad_2]<\/p>\n<p>This time around, Erwan re-interprets a Korean recipe and prepares crispy Pajeon, a savory seafood pancake with octopus, oysters and squid. <\/p>\n<p>Subscribe to Erwan&#8217;s channel: <\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS <\/p>\n<p>2 cups all purpose flour<br \/>\n2 cups water<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n1 bunch scallions<br \/>\n3 cups mixed seafood (octopus, squid, oysters)<br \/>\n4 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp rice vinegar<br \/>\n2 cloves of garlic, minced<br \/>\n2 dried chili<br \/>\n3 tbsp sugar<br \/>\n4 tsp sesame oil<\/p>\n<p>RECIPE<\/p>\n<p>Chop the squid and octopus.<\/p>\n<p>In a saute pan, add oil and garlic, squid, octopus and whole oysters, season with salt.<\/p>\n<p>Stir and cook 3\/4\u2018s of the way, until just about cooked through and reserve in a bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Into a small bowl, crack 2 eggs and whisk with flour and water, season with salt, sesame oil and add chopped scallions.<\/p>\n<p>Add oil to non-stick skillet over low heat and add egg mixture to the pan, top with seafood and sliced dried chilis. Cook on a low fire, until the top is set. Flip onto another pan and sear the other side. <\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, in a small bowl, add sugar and dilute with soy sauce, 2 tsp sesame oil and a splash of rice vinegar.<br \/>\n___<\/p>\n<p>Follow us!
