Fill&#8221; or &#8220;Dulce de Leche&#8221;<br \/>\n250g milk chocolate, melted<br \/>\n2 cups of whipping cream (approx 35% milk fat)<br \/>\n1 tbsp powdered gelatine<br \/>\n1\/4 cup boiling water<\/p>\n<p>Rilakkuma Teddy Bear:<br \/>\nWhite, yellow, and black candy melts<\/p>\n<p>Tools:<br \/>\nSmall glass or jar<br \/>\nToothpick<br \/>\n9&#8221;
