At 7 grams of fat, this recipe is right around the amount of fat you should target per meal when you\u2019re using alli\u00ae.<\/p>\n<p>Get the full recipe here: <\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<br \/>\n2 bread slices, whole wheat<br \/>\n1 tbsp cream cheese, fat-free<br \/>\n1 tbsp almonds, slivered<br \/>\n2 tsp fruit preserves, favorite flavor<br \/>\n2 tbsp egg whites<br \/>\n2 tbsp milk, fat-free<br \/>\n6 strawberries, whole, fresh<\/p>\n<p>DIRECTIONS:<br \/>\n1. Spread one side of one piece of bread with cream cheese, and then sprinkle evenly with almonds.<br \/>\n2. Spread one side of remaining piece of bread with fruit preserves.<br \/>\n3. Place both pieces of bread together, forming a sandwich.<br \/>\n4. Beat together egg whites and milk with a wire whisk. Pour into a shallow bowl.<br \/>\n5. Lightly spray a griddle or non-stick skillet with cooking spray, and heat over medium-low heat.<br \/>\n6. Dip each side of sandwich into egg mixture.<br \/>\n7. Cook sandwich 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.<br \/>\n8. Cut in half diagonally and garnish with fresh strawberries that have been washed and sliced.<br \/>\n9.
