Who says ice cream can&#8217;t be both delicious and nutritious? Full recipe below!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>Ice cream:<br \/>\n\u2153 cup almond milk<br \/>\n4 frozen bananas, chopped<br \/>\n3 Tbsp ABC nut butter (almond, Brazil nut, and cashew butter blend)<br \/>\nTiny pinch of salt<br \/>\nCookie dough:<br \/>\n\u2153 cup almond butter<br \/>\n\u2153 cup coconut oil<br \/>\n\u00bc cup coconut cream<br \/>\n\u00bd cup coconut sugar<br \/>\n1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)<br \/>\n1 tsp ground cinnamon<br \/>\nPinch of salt<br \/>\n1 \u00bd cups coconut flour<br \/>\n1 Tbsp cacao nibs<\/p>\n<p>Steps<\/p>\n<p>1.) Combine all ice cream ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.<br \/>\n2.) Transfer to a plastic container and place in the freezer while you make the cookie dough.<br \/>\n3.) In a bowl, combine the almond butter and coconut oil, then stir in the coconut cream. Add the coconut sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt and continue to whisk until combined.<br \/>\n4.) Using a wooden spoon, fold in the coconut flour and cacao nibs.<br \/>\n5.) Transfer mix to a surface lined with parchment paper. Spread out evenly then roll up into a cylinder and place in the freezer to firm for 30 minutes to an hour.<br \/>\n6.) Remove ice cream and cookie dough from freezer. Crumble pieces of cookie dough on top of the ice cream and stir through.
