The combination of paneer and cheese with the veggies is surely worth the craving. <\/p>\n<p>Ingredients: <\/p>\n<p>100g paneer<br \/>50g grated cheese<br \/>1\/4 tsp oil<br \/>1 tbsp celery, finely chopped<br \/>3 green chillies, finely chopped<br \/>Half a capsicum, finely chopped<br \/>Coriander leaves<br \/>Salt to taste<br \/>Samosa pattis (wanton or spring roll sheets)<\/p>\n<p>Method:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Heat very little oil in a pan. <br \/>&#8211; Add the finely chopped capsicum and finely chopped celery and saute for 5 seconds. <br \/>&#8211; Add the finely chopped green chillies and then take the pan off the burner. <br \/>&#8211; Add the grated paneer, grated cheese, coriander leaves and very little salt to the above ingredients and mix well.<br \/>&#8211;  Using this filling, start making small balls (around 1\/2 inch balls)<br \/>&#8211; Make the plain flour paste by mixing it with little water.  Make sure that the paste is thick. <br \/>&#8211; Take the samosa pattis, fold them in the centre and cut them into two bunches of thin stripes. Again, fold them into half and cut them.<br \/>&#8211; Take one thin strip and apply the plain flour paste at the centre of the patti.<br \/>&#8211; Take another strip and stick it on the 1st strip, making a plus (+) sign.<br \/>&#8211; Take a ball of the filling and place it on the strip. Flatten it slightly. <br \/>&#8211; Start folding the strip. Begin from the lower strip.
