Ingredients

Puffed Rice 3 cups

2 medium boiled Potatoes peeled and chopped into tiny cubes.
1 Large onion finely chopped
1 Large tomato finely chopped

Half bunch of coriander finely chopped

1 Green Chilies pepper finely chopped
1 Small bowl Tamarind chutney / juice
1 Small bowl Mint chutney / sauce

Raw mango, Sev and Papdi to garnish

Method:

1. Mix the puffed rice, potato, onion, tomatoes, sev, coriander, green chilies together in a large bowl.
2. Add the tamarind chutney and mint-coriander-chilly chutney as per your taste.
3. Mix well and garnish it with sev ,papdi and raw mango and serve immediately.

Enjoy your Bhel with glass of chilled lemonade!
