There is nothing better than prawns coated with something crispy. Usually its breadcrumbs, but we’re using prawn crackers… a double whammy of prawn! We also crisp them up in the oven…much healthier than deep frying 🙂
Our prawns are served with wok fried noodles and crunchy veg!
