THE CAPE ANN
1.5 oz Grey Goose Original
1.25 oz Irish Cream
.75 oz burnt sugar & sea salt syrup
1 oz espresso
Dry shake above ingredients, add ice and shake again
Strain and serve up with penuche whipped cream, garnish with sea salt flakes
Penuche Whipped Cream:
2 oz penuche syrup (melted penuche fudge)
6 oz heavy cream
Dry shake for 1 – 2 minutes until stiff peaks form
