Cupcake Recipe:
1 box of white cake mix (I used Betty Crocker’s)
1 1/4 cups water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 egg whites
Bake at 350 for about 18 minutes
Creamy White Frosting Recipe:
1 cup shortening
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
4 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
3 to 4 tablespoons milk
