I already have a similar blog post on these baked omelets, but since I was making these for brunch I thought what the heck, make a video! These omelets are way to easy and look elegant enough to serve at a formal breakfast or brunch.
You can pretty much customize these however you’d like. A great way to use up left over ingredients.
