Candy Nacho Cupcakes from Cookies Cupcakes and Cardio

Ingredients
• flour tortillas
• cinnamon sugar
• black licorice nibs
• sour apple tubes
• chocolate covered jelly beans
• watermelon slices (white and red)
• strawberry jam
• orange buttercream
• cupcakes
Procedure:
1. Slice tortilla’s into small triangles. Place on a parchment paper lined baking tray, and bake in a preheated oven at 375F for 10-13 minutes, or until crispy. Allow to cool completely before using.
2. Slice red and white candy into small pieces and mix into the strawberry jam to imitate salsa. Set aside.
3. Slice the green apple tubes to small pieces to imitate green onion or jalepenos.
4. Slice the black nibs into thin slices, and remove a small round portion of the center and these will imitate olives.
5. Cover the top of the cupcakes with the orange buttercream (nacho cheese sauce). Place 3-4 tortillas into the buttercream. Top with salsa and toppings. Repeat for needed numbers of cupcakes.
6.These are best served right away as the chips can become soft in the buttercream and jam.
