Once you’ve taste roasted cauliflower steaks, you will never go back to boiling. Cutting it up into “steaks” helps it roast evenly and can be garnished with a variety of spices (cumin, turmeric and cilantro, etc), adding even more flavor.

INGREDIENTS
1 head of cauliflower
olive oil (about 1/4 cup)
salt and pepper
parmesan cheese, to taste
balsamic vinegar, to taste
RECIPE
Sear the cauliflower on the stovetop (2-3 min. each side) then put them on a baking sheet roast at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Add some grated/microplaned parmesan cheese and a bit of balsamic vinegar, and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
