I have fond memories of my YiaYias Baklava. It was beautiful. I decided to honour her love of baking and add a cheeky splash of chocolate into the mix with these Chocolate Baklava Cupcakes. Yummy, Nutty Goodness with crispy golden paper thin shards of pastry!
