What could be more Valentinesy than the combo of these three flavours? Give these beauties to someone special this Valentine’s Day and you will have them so bowled over they won’t know what hit them!

RECIPE –
For the cupcakes –
140g plain flour
40g cocoa powder
185g caster sugar
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/4 tsp salt
100ml coconut coconut oil
120ml coconut cream
125g natural yoghurt
2 small free-range eggs
1 tbsp cocktail cherry syrup
40g cocktail cherries, chopped

For the filling –
100g dessicated coconut
3 tbsp icing sugar
2 tbsp cherry jam
1 tbsp cocktail cherry syrup

For the buttercream –
150g soft unsalted butter
340g icing sugar, sifted
2-3 tbsp cherry jam
2 tbsp coconut cream
