In this video I show 3 different treats that you can create for Valentine’s day. These sweets are very fast and simple to prepare and are great for a last minute gift. The video features a caramel popcorn mix, chocolate dipped marshmallow pops and chocolate dipped pretzels. You could gift these to your valentine or share with a group of friends. These snacks are great for a party or movie night!

The Valentine’s Day Treat Recipes:
Popcorn trail mix
Ingredients
Popcorn (Caramel, Plain or coloured)
Heart Sprinkles
Miniature marshmallows (I only had large ones on hand so I cut them into smaller pieces)
Extras: Conversation Hearts, M&M’s, Skittles etc
All you have to do is mix all your ingredients together and package. You could put the popcorn mix into a clear cello bag, a decorative popcorn box, jar etc.
Marshmallow Pops
Ingredients
Large Marshmallows
Melted Chocolate
Straws
Sprinkles
Stick the straws into the centre of the marshmallows. Dip half of the marshmallow into the melted chocolate and place on a tray with baking paper. Cover with sprinkles & leave to harden in the fridge.
A healthy alternative to this is to use strawberries instead of the marshmallows. Another idea is fruit skewers dipped in melted chocolate.
Chocolate Dipped Pretzels
Ingredients
Pretzels (Regular or stick form)
Melted Chocolate
Sprinkles
Dip the pretzels into the melted chocolate and place onto a baking tray covered with baking paper. Cover with sprinkles. Harden in the fridge.
