TIPS for great balloon bowls:
Stretch your water balloons a little prior to blowing them up
Make sure your chocolate is NOT HOT! It should be melted but not feel hot or even warm
Once dipped, get the bowl straight in the fridge to set
Make sure you get all the balloon skin out of the bowl before filling :)
