Is the way to your dad’s heart through his stomach? Then he’ll love this playful take on a favorite childhood sandwich — think peanut butter and jelly disguised as French toast. All you need is to spread peanut butter between two pieces of regular sliced bread (that’s all there is to the “stuffed” part), soak them in a vanilla extract-flavored milk and egg mixture, then griddle them up. Top with macerated strawberries and you’ve got a decadent treat that’s worthy of a special celebration, yet it’s easy enough for kids to make. You’re welcome, dads!
