¾ cup (175g) granulated sugar
3 eggs
1¼ (175g) cups gluten-free all-purpose flour, plus 1 tsp baking powder, and ½ tsp salt
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 tbsp strawberry jam
confectioner’s sugar, for dusting
