Recipe –
85g unsalted butter, soft
110g caster sugar
1 lg free range egg
1tsp vanilla extract
165g plain flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
sugarpaste in various colours
apricot jam
sprinkles
lolly sticks
