How to Make Nutella Cupcakes | Cupcake Jemma

I was never allowed Nutella on my toast when I was a kid, except when we went to France on holiday. It was like a dream come true! Nutella is awesome and you guys must know that as so many of you have asked for me to do a Nutella recipe. So here you go!

For the cupcakes –
50g roasted, skinned & pulverised Hazelnuts
100g self raising flour
25g cocoa powder
125g caster sugar
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
pinch of salt
140g unsalted butter, soft
2 large free-range eggs
1.5 tbs whole milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

For the buttercream –
100g unsalted butter, soft
150g Nutella
225g icing sugar, sifted
3-4 tbsp whole milk
