How To Pan Roast Salmon
Ingredients:
2, 6-oz. salmon filets, skin on
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Lemon wedge for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Pat the salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
In a large saute pan over high heat, add the oil and the salmon filets skin side down and cook for 3 minutes. Transfer the pan to the oven to finish cooking the salmon, 3-5 minutes more depending on the thickness of the filet.
Garnish the salmon with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
