Poutine is a favorite Canadian dish that originated in Quebec. It's made with French fries, covered in gravy and cheese curds. In this video we will show you a cupcakes version of this Canadian classic.

Ingredients:
• Prepared cupcakes
• Prepared buttercream
• Butterscotch sauce
• White chocolate chips
• Hickory Sticks (sliced potato chips will work as well)
• jumbo cupcake wrappers
Procedure:
1. Place prepared cupcakes into jumbo cupcake wrappers. This is done to provide additional space for the toppings.
2. Cover the top of the cupcake with buttercream.
3. Place the hickory sticks on top of the buttercream.
4. Douse the hickory sticks in butterscotch sauce.
5. Place the chocolate chips upside down throughout the hickory sticks and butterscotch.
6. Enjoy!
