SIMPLE SYRUP RECIPE

Equal parts superfine sugar and water
Bring to a slow boil
Let cool and refrigerate
*You can make infusions by adding various ingredients in the boil stage
(add mint leaves for mint simple syrup, lemon rind for lemon simple syrup, etc.)
