This is one of my favorite Jameson Irish whiskey drinks, also containing Sour Apple Pucker, sweet and sour mix, a little club soda, and a lime wheel and mint sprig for garnish. The Irish Apple Bottom tastes like a really tart apple whiskey sour, but made with Irish whiskey. It works as a bit of a green cocktail, so it keeps the Irish theme for St. Patrick’s Day.
