Nick Mo of Kansas City, MS invented this drink rather by accident, the Kansas City Moose Juice. You’ll need Bacardi 151, Malibu pineapple rum (or as I used, Parrot Bay pineapple rum), and orange juice. Damn, this drink is reminding me of something else, I can’t quite place my finger on it. Let us know if there’s a drink you’d like to see us make. It might take a long time, but swear to God, you’ll see it eventually. Hope this starts your Monday on a bright note!
