VANILLA CUPCAKE RECIPE:
1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
3/4 cup self rising flour
2 tablespoons buttermilk
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla butter and nut extract
