Diet Soda Cupcake Recipe (Serves 16)

Ingredients:
1 box of cake mix
12oz can of diet soda

Directions:
Beat cake mix and diet soda until incorporated. Place in lined cupcake pan, fill until 2/3 full with batter. Bake according to cake package directions.

Lightened Up Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:
8oz 1/3 reduced fat cream cheese
¼ cup Splenda
1 tub Free Cool Whip

Directions:
Soften cream cheese in microwave (15-30 seconds), mix in Splenda, and then fold in 1 container of cool whip. Keep frosting refrigerated if not using promptly.
