Hey guys! (Finally get a chance to say that!) This is the best recipe I’ve done so far and I made 6 batches of these in 3 days, and my family go through this really quick! Here’s a couple note:
.If you make a cake with this recipe, double it up for 2 layer 8cm cake ( bake same temp, but in 40-45 min. If you take it out too early it will collapse)

.The cupcake with come out crinkly because the pockets of air and steam cannot escape from the small cupcakes, but the big cake should turn out fine ^_^

.You should push the cream cheese until the batter covers it. The cream cheese actually stop the cupcakes from rising!

.Adding a whole salted egg yolk is fine, but I find that if the cupcake has too much of the salty taste, you will mostly taste saltiness!
