Join me in another episode of What I Eat in a Day – Vegan style! We started our day with a cleansing elixir, the Master Cleanse Lemonade for breakfast. We had 3 throughout our morning. For lunch we had a huge kale salad with sauerkraut, hummus, peppers and veggie chips followed by a couple medjool dates each for a treat. We did some yoga and then had another lemonade when we came in. We later snacked on fresh fruit with an afternoon coffee. For dinner we finished strong with our most loved soups, Creamy Potato Soup with Crisp Potatoes on top. It is soooooo creamy, has different textures and is amazing! As if all that weren’t enough we each enjoyed a slice of Blackberry Lime Bliss Out Cheesecake for dessert. We also snacked on cashews though not featured. All in all, a great day of eating.
