Deep fry the potatoes until golden and crisp, drain excess oil on absorbent kitchen paper and put them into a bowl. Add the sweet and sour tamarind chatney and mix them well.So simple and super delicious.

Ingredients:
Potato 2 cut into cubes and round shape
Sugar 1 cup
Tamarind Pulp 1/3 cup
Red chilli powder 2 tspn
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp

Method:

First make the tamarind chutney.For that mix all the ingredients into a sauce pan except potato.Mix them well and boil them for 4-5 minutes and make a nice sauce.Next in a pan add oil and let it hot.Now fry the potatoes for 5 minutes and then take out from the oil.Again fry the potatoes for about 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy.Once the potato looks nice golden in color then take out from the oil and keep them in a paper towel.Then mix the fried potatoes and sweet and sour tamarind together and mix them well.Once the potato well coated then place them in a serving plate.Serve them immediately or you can keep into your refrigerator.They will be crispy up to couple of days.Enjoy..
