You’ll get a super spicy kick out of this killer quesadilla! The full-on flavor comes from broiling jalapenos until charred, then chopping and mixing with shredded Mexican cheeses and for a surprising crunch, crushed tortilla chips. Spread cream cheese onto tortillas and fill with the fiery cheesy filling, then butter the outsides and pan-fry in a skillet until hot, melty and golden brown.
