2 tbsp butter
1 small yellow onion, finely diced
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
Chicken Taco Hand Pies
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, finely diced
1/2 package (4oz) cream cheese, room temperature
