This week, we’re doing a collab with two other channels to bring you homemade, delicious snacks! I’m up first with an easy, healthy vegan option: roasted chickpeas!

Chickpeas are delicious and very versatile. They’re packed with protein and pack a lot of energy. You can do many things with them, including just adding oil and whatever spices you’d like and roasting them in the oven until they make a crispy, crunchy snack. Louise likes them so much she ate the whole bowl we made!
