3 Simple Snack sized Chilli recipes

We put together our 3 easy and simple chili food recipe’s and share with you.

Firstly we show you how to make some Scotch ‘Bonnet’ eggs, with simple ingredients we take you through step by step to end up with a our proper version of a normal Scotch egg with a little heat.
Ingredients: Makes 6 Scotch Bonnet Eggs
500g Sausage meat
2x Scotch Bonnet Chillies
2 Tbsp Tomato puree
6 Eggs (free range golden yolk)
1 Tsp Harissa
2 Cloves of garlic
Salt
Pepper
Flour
100g Breadcrumbs

Top tip: To soft boil, we placed the eggs in cold water the put on heat and bring to the boil. As soon as it is starts to boil remove pan from heat source and leave standing for 4 mins. Once 4 mins has gone then take eggs out of pan and place them into chilled/iced water.

And finally:
Love Bacon? Love Cheese? Love Chili?
We love all three! So we put all 3 Ingredients together and come up with our own Bacon, Cheese & Chilli Pizza………
Note: No dough the Bacon is the Pizza Base…… 😉

Ingredients (serves 2):
6 Smoked rashers of Bacon
150g Mature Cheddar
6-10 Chillies (varieties we suggest to use are Cayenne, Super Chilli or Thai Hot.)
You can add extra heat or use different chillies to your liking.
