CHICKEN 65 IN RESTAURANT STYLE

INGREDIENTS:
Boneless chicken – 1/2 kg
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
Green chili sauce – 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce – 1/2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
Chicken masala – 1 tsp
Pinch of red food color [optional]
Corn powder – 4 tbsp

METHOD:
1. Take 1/2 kg boneless chicken in a large bowl. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp green chili sauce, 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tsp chicken masala, pinch of red food color and 4 tbsp corn flour and mix them well.

2. Heat the oil for deep frying. Deep fry the chicken pieces until chicken cooked well inside.

NOTE: Don’t mix water while adding ingredients as it may lead outer layer cooked and inner layer remains raw and it absorbs more oil too while deep frying. Add the corn flour at the last before you deep fry. If you marinate the chicken in corn flour more time it leads the chicken too crispy after frying.
