INGREDIENTS:
Cabbage – 1 cup, chopped,
Spring Onion – 1 cup, chopped,
Red Capsicum – 1/2 cup, chopped,
Carrot – 1/2 cup, chopped,
Garlic – 1 tbsp, paste,
Salt to taste,
Tomato Sauce – 2 tsp,
Chilli Garlic Sauce – 1 tsp,
Soya Sauce – 1 tsp,
Vinegar – 1 tsp,
Corn Flour – 2 tbsp,
Plain Flour – 2 tbsp,
Black Pepper powder – 1 tsp,
Oil for fry,

METHOD:
Into a mixing bowl add all the ingredients together, mix it well.

Heat the oil into a deep pan. Once it hot drop the pakora fry it till nice crispy.

Take out from the oil.

Chinese Sauce:
Into a small bowl add all the sauces with vinegar mix well.

Apply Chinese sauce into the Pakora mix it and serve.
