Crunchy stuffed sooji kachori – breakfast recipe and evening tea snack

In this rainy weather apart from pakoda’s try this stuffed sooji kachori. Very crispy and crunchy recipe of sooji.

Ingredients
3/4 sooji
1.5 cup water
Paneer
Mozzerella cheese
Salt
Fresh coriander
Green chillies
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Garam masala
Red chilly
Chat masala
Coriander powder

In a pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves
Add sooji and water and keep stirring till it gets thick and allow it to cool down
Mix paneer, cheese, coriander and chillies
Add salt, garam masala, coriander powder, chat masala and prepare stuffing.
Take a piece from sooji and spread it on palm and put stuffing in between
Deep fry till golden brown in colour
Serve hot with chutney and ketchup
