INGREDIENTS:
Egg – 3 boiled,
Potato – 2 medium, boiled and mashed,
Onion – 2 large chopped,
Ginger-Garlic-Green chilli paste – 2 tbsp,
Cilantro – 1/2 cup,
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp,
Cumin powder – 1 tsp,
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp,
Salt to taste,
Oil for deep fry,

Coating:
Plain flour – 3-4 tbsp,
Beaten egg – 1,
Bread crumb – 3-4 tbsp,

METHOD:
Heat the pan add oil once it hot put onion, fry it until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, salt and all dry spices, stir it for 1 min.

Add boiled potato and cilantro mix well and cook it for 2 mins. Once it done turn off the flame and cook it down.

Take some(as per egg size) potato mixture in your hand and coat the whole egg with it carefully.

Apply plain flour all over the Devil, than deep into the beaten egg next coat with the bread crumbs.

Heat the oil into the deep pan once it hot put Devil into the oil.

When it become golden brown take out from the oil.

Serve hot.
