Ingredients for Egg Bonda:
Eggs – 3, boiled;
For the Batter – ¾ cup chickpea flour(gram flour/besan), 1tbsp corn flour/rice flour, salt to taste, 1 tbsp hot oil, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ¼ tsp cumin seeds/jeera, ½ tsp red chilli powder (or as per taste), ¼ tsp garam masala powder, water;
For the stuffing – ½ cup finely chopped onions, 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic, ½ tbsp finely chopped ginger, 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaved/cilantro, ½ tsp black pepper powder
